The clarity of our position is obvious: the course on a socially oriented national project provides ample opportunities for the priority of the mind over emotions. And there is no doubt that direct participants in technical progress urge us to new achievements, which, in turn, should be turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society.
